Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of our human resources department. This includes overseeing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and program management. Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Oversee employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in HR practices
- Coordinate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires have a smooth onboarding experience
- Collaborate with payroll provider (e.g., Paychex) to ensure accurate processing of employee compensation and benefits
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employment practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in program management software/tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
